Sources

Sources are used to define the source of historical production data. Before importing historical crop production data, it is necessary to define the source of the data. In this module you can add, edit, delete and list the data available in the database.

Note

To delete data in this module it must be logical deletion. (Logical deletions are those where the result is never actually deleted)

What does this module allow you to do?

The Source module allow you to add, view details, edit and list available sources in the administration web portal.

How to access to the source administration module?

To access the source administration module, you must go to the top menu and select the Administration option and in the submenu that is displayed you must select Sources.

Create sources

  1. To create sources you must select below the title Sources, the option New record.

  2. You must complete all the fields

  3. To finish you must press the Create button

Name

is a description of the source.

Note

This option is available for users who have the roles of ADMIN, CLIMATOLOGIST, IMPROVER.

Edit sources

  1. To edit sources you must select in the last column, the option Edit.

  2. A new view will appear, in which you can rename the source.

  3. To finish you must press the Save button

Sources details

  1. To view source details you must select in the last column, the option Details.

Delete sources

  1. To delete one source you must select in the last column, the option Delete.
