Municipalities

Within the geographic module is the Municipalities, which allows to manage the municipalities of the application, the municipalities allow to associate them to the weather stations, to maintain a hierarchy and an organization.

What does this module allow you to do?

The Municipalities module allows you to create new municipalities, edit, view details, activate the visibility and delete.

Note

To delete data in this module it must be logical deletion. (Logical deletions are those where the result is never actually deleted)

How to access to the municipalities module?

To access to the municipalitie module, you must go to the top menu and select the Geographic option and in the submenu that is displayed you must select Municipalities.

Functionalities

Create municipalities

1. To create municipalities you must select below the title Municipalities, the option New record.

   

2. You must complete all the fields

   

3. To finish you must press the Create button

Required fields

Field	Description
Name of the state	in this field you must select the state to which the municipalitie will be associated.
Name of the municipalitie	is the name of the municipalitie.
Visible	sets whether or not to be displayed on the forecasting website.

Edit municipalities

1. To edit municipalities you must select in the last column, the option Edit.

   

2. A new view will be displayed, where you can edit the municipalitie fields.

   

3. To finish you must press the Save button

Municipalitie details

1. To view municipalitie details you must select in the last column, the option Details.

   

2. A new view will appear, in which you can view the municipalitie details.

   

Delete municipalities

1. To delete one municipalitie you must select in the last column, the option Delete.

   

2. A new view will appear, in which you can delete the municipalitie.

   

3. To finish you must press the Delete button
