Cultivars

Within the Production module is the Cultivars, which allows to manage the cultivars of the application.

What does this module allow you to do?

The Cultivars module allows you to create new cultivars, edit, view details, set thresholds and delete.

Note

To delete data in this module it must be logical deletion. (Logical deletions are those where the result is never actually deleted)

How to access to the cultivars module?

To access to the cultivars module, you must go to the top menu and select the Production option and in the submenu that is displayed you must select Cultivars.

Functionalities

Create cultivars

  1. To create cultivars you must select below the title Cultivars, the option New record.

  2. You must complete all the fields

  3. To finish you must press the Save button

Country

you must select the country to which the cultivar will be associated.

Variety name

is the name of the cultivar.

Crop

you must select the crop to which the cultivar will be associated.

Order

establishes the way to list these, the higher the number, the more will be listed first.

Is rainfed

indicates whether the cultivar is rainfed or irrigated.

Is national

indicates whether the material is national or imported.

Note

This option is available for users who have the roles of ADMIN and IMPROVER.

Edit cultivars

  1. To edit cultivars you must select in the last column, the option Edit.

  2. A new view will be displayed, where you can edit the cultivar fields.

  3. To finish you must press the Save button.

Cultivar details

  1. To view cultivar details you must select in the last column, the option Details.

  2. A new view will appear, in which you can view the cultivar details.

Delete cultivars

  1. To delete one cultivar you must select in the last column, the option Delete.

  3. To finish you must press the Delete button

Cultivar thresholds

  1. To configure the minimum and maximum parameters of the cultivar threshold, you must select in the last column, the option Threshold.

  2. A new view will appear, in which allows configure the parameters.

  3. In the lower part of the view the currently available configurations are displayed. The configuration can be deleted by clicking on the delete button.

  4. To finish you must press the Save button
